Serrurier de Confiance provides professional locksmith services, installation, maintenance, and repair of locking systems, as well as prevention and protection advice for homes.
We strive to offer high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be free of interruptions, errors, or that it will meet specific undocumented security expectations.
The Client agrees to provide truthful and complete information necessary for the provision of the service, including access to the property and identification of existing systems.
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the technician can safely access the workplace at the agreed time.
We are committed to performing services with the professional diligence typical of the sector, using quality materials and following standard security procedures.
We will inform the Client about the available options, estimated costs, and any known limitations of the recommended systems before proceeding with any work.
Serrurier de Confiance shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Our liability in any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to such claim.
Home security is multifactorial. The installation of modern locking systems is an important protective measure, but it does not eliminate all risks. The Client is responsible for implementing other recommended complementary prevention measures.
We reserve the right to modify or suspend the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
The Client may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if the Client breaches these terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
